Something Old! – Something New!

Lets start with something new. I was approached by Pastor Brian Carpenter of Mt Vernon Illinois. He and his wife are planting “Old Paths Baptist Church” and he wanted to know what he needed to do to get a website online. I registered a domain for them (http://www.old-pathsbc.com) and set them up on templates. Pastor Carpenter is planning to do some work on the site tonight. I (of course) will help as much as needed! Calvary Baptist Church in Mesquite – A friendly down-home church!

We had the pleasure of attending Sunday School and Morning services at Calvary Baptist Church in Mesquite Texas yesterday (03/29/09). I put up a website for the church several weeks ago (http://mesquite.calvary-baptist-church.us). Pastor Duane Myers allowed me to present the ministry during the morning service. The church was friendly, Maureen and I were edified. We left feeling blessed. Pastor Myers told us about a Camp Meeting in July at the Canton Civic Center. Bible Course Completed – Ohio Church Followup

Got the online course completed (some of the scans could be better, but it is okay), and we will start deployment! Received a follow up phone call from the Pastor in Ohio. The domain for their church was “rescued” in January. The pastor said that our ministry was interesting and quite a blessing. I will be working with a staff member to get the site up and turned over to the church. The pastor said to “do whatever I feel is best for the church.” Source: Cyber-Missions...
