Major outage on server / Ticket is opened

All the hosted accounts are down right now. The vendor's response:



We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard.

We would like to inform you that the server went down all of a sudden and  wasn't coming back after various reboot attempts. For this reason, the Data center had to run a file system check. Even after completing the file system check we found there are some hard ware issues with the disk and we are replacing the drives. The server will be up and running fine once the drive replacement is complete.

We request your patience and support in this regard.
